I was so excited when Lauren reached out to me about her wedding and engagement session for next Spring at Wrightsville Manor! I loved hearing a bit of their proposal story. Michael surprised Lauren by proposing on the beach in Hawaii! They are getting married near Wrightsville Beach, where Lauren grew up, so it holds a special significance for them. When I heard a bit of their story and about their sailboat ride on their Hawaii trip, we thought of the perfect plan. They really wanted something more intimate for their engagement session but still wanted to incorporate the ocean. So, having our engagement photos done on a private sailboat was just perfect. I was so excited and thought that a sailboat engagement session would be the perfect way to capture their sweet story! Seahawk Sailing gave us the most intimate sunset sailboat ride, and it was the beautiful backdrop for Lauren and Michael to toast and have champagne and celebrate their beautiful engagement.
